Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with Peptide & Co. are processed, dispatched and delivered.

Dispatch time

Orders confirmed and paid before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery services

We use tracked and signed-for courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, DPD) depending on destination, weight and service availability. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information from our team.

Delivery times

• EU / UK / USA / Australia: typically delivered within 48 to 72 hours after dispatch.
• Other countries: delivery times vary by location and customs handling, but usually range from 3–5 working days.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are confirmed with you by our team when your order is placed, calculated based on your location and parcel weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Order tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre. You can also check your order status at any time.

Missed deliveries & redelivery

If no one is available to accept the parcel, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. Please follow up with the courier directly using your tracking number, or inform us immediately for follow-up assistance.

Customs & import duties

International buyers are not responsible for applicable customs duties, VAT or import taxes — these charges are included in our product or shipping prices. You are welcome to place an order from any part of the world and expect delivery to your door.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us on WhatsApp within 72 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order reference and tracking details.

Address errors

Please ensure your delivery details are given correctly when confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
